|Date of Birth|
Meehan became a Specter when the Frog Specter soul was awakened due to the imminent revival of Hades, as soon as the soul and Frog Surplice reached him and transformed him into a Specter he joined his comrades. After Alone had been awakened as Hades, The Frog Specter had made it into Hades' Castle. At some time he heard that Pandora had been giving crucial missions to Garuda Suikyo, which he also heard was not appreciated by Griffon Vermeer. Seeing a chance to gloat, Meehan appeared in front of Vermeer as he strode the halls of the castle after a meeting with Pandora. He greeted him and started talking about how troubling the situation was. He teased Vermeer about his feelings for his fellow Magnate, to which Vermeer responded that he would wring the Frog Specter's neck if he did not stop meddling. Meehan crouched a little in retreat while mentioning the crucial missions Suikyo had been given as of late. Vermeer replied that Pandora may or may not trust the former Saint, but that he did not and when Suikyo would show his true colours Vermeer would take his life. Meehan simply chuckled in agreement with Vermeer.
Concept & Creation
Frog Meehan was created by Masami Kurumada for the 18th century period in Saint Seiya: Next Dimension. He first appeared in Vol 5 part 35: Cain & Abel where he had a conversation with Griffon Vermeer. It is currently unknown what his name comes from and means. His appearance is similar in design to Frog Zelos except that he has different eyes, skin colour, no warts and his tongue hanging out of his mouth at all times. His appearance was also the first time the Frog Surplice had been shown in colour by Kurumada.
