Wow, your Aiolos looks really good!! :0 I especially like the detail you put into shading, it really makes the armor stand out.

Thank you for your kind words!

I think the Cloth makes the Saint, that's why I try to make it "shine". Again thank you for comment!

Albafica looks nice, too. I especially like the slightly sad expression on his face, which is the result of living alone for so much years..... because he had wanted to protect people from his poisonous blood. He condemned himself to isolation, YET remained always vigilant and loyal, and put one foot in front of the other.

Hi AVGPete

I like the fact that a drawing can show such expressions to the observer.. Thanks for the comment. I really enjoy by reading this kind of comments.

You' ve surprised me again at how well you can capture the nature/characteristics of Gold Saints.

This picture reflects that El Cid' s soul is hollow, and can never be whole until he perfects Excalibur.
The plus is, - that is not shown in anime -, loveable, relatable human emotions, like the concern, doubt on his face.

I think we have never seen such a strong emotion on his face, not to this degree, even when his disciples died.

I gotta admit, I only find Aldebaran and Aiolia more boring than him.

He is just one-dimensional, totally lost in himself.

But in this picture, he is loveable.

The picture' s title could be: Realization or Awakening (implying: to human emotions)

Can you draw Asmita?

Hi Pete!

I must say in this comment you really touch my artistic side. I try to show more than a Saint, More than an Armor, I try to show the human side of every character..
Many years ago I decided to specialize on the eyes of the persons, those eyes able to show all the emotions by just looking you in the eyes..

Perhaps I use the Teshirogi's tecnique to shade and some of her poses, but I try to give my personal Touch.. Same to Albafica.. the previous drawing..

As I said To Yuni in the Asmita's post, I've been drawing another pose of the Saint of Virgo.. I hope it can be what you're waiting for

Added Orpheus to my "To Do List" ;)

I like this side of Sisyphos, maybe even overall a better portrayal than in anime - ''less emo''. xD
Here he is defiant, bit afraid only, not showing more than he thinks he should, like when Alone Hades attacked Sanctuary, and he defied him.
Also just a hint of sadness you cannot see, but feel from the picture.

To me, art is something which you can relate to, or arousing emotions of any kind.
This is art.
Well done!
