Saint Seiya Bootleg Toys?
« on: March 13, 2016, 02:39:10 AM »
With every popular franchise, there's bound to be a leech on the belly- and here's where the weird, wonderful world of bootleg toys comes in. Whether it be off-model, miscolored, coated in cheap lead paint, or a feeble attempt at an original creation, nobody can deny that bootlegs have something unintentionally hilarious about them.

So here I bring you Saint Seiya Bootleg Toys: The Thread Nobody Asked For.

In which Seiya feels he no longer needs clothes underneath his armor. Or...whoever that is.

Blue armor is bizarrely popular among bootleg SS toys, but "Hyoga" here seems to prefer green...?

And if there's one thing bootleggers pay immense attention to is detail. And by that, I mean they pay attention as to add as little detail as possible.

And my favorite saint! It's...this...guy. Uh, collect them all.

But I think we can all agree that Phanton's new armor looks spectacular...right?

I did read somewhere that green is a special color for a Taurus, but maybe this is taking it a little too far...

But all things aside, it's no secret that "GUERREROS" is a sensational classic series that will always have a special place in our hearts.

Or was it "SENDO SEYA"? I can never get it right...

Phanton looks like he waltzed out of Shurato.

Did that third one come out of the package like that?  It looks like someone just dug that out of their backyard after it was buried there 20 years ago.
