Neep help figuring out the name of a game
« on: August 05, 2014, 07:57:04 PM »
A ways back I heard about a DS game in development.  It was a Metroidvania-esque game that looked to borrow heavily; I think you absorbed souls from enemies and the protagonist even looked a bit like Soma from Aria and Dawn of Sorrow.  I remember it specifically being aimed at women; I almost want to say it was made by that dev group at Koei that targets women.  It also looked like there were yaoi elements; not!Soma looked a bit like an uke and this other dude (who I want to say was his handler) looked seme-ish.  I'm craving a Metroidvania I haven't played yet, and since Konami decided to ruin Castlevania there hasn't been any coming from the source in a while.

Anyway, I know some of you on here are fujoshi/fujomen/whatever the proper name is.  One of y'all has to know.

If it helps, there was a post or two about it on Siliconera a few years ago.

I know this is an old-ass topic, but I think I found that game. XD It's an otome rather than BL, though.
