Magikano get animated sometime ago and it ends at episode 13 which didn't give any clue/explanation about what Haruo's power really is.

The latest manga is currently on volume 8 and it's really getting interesting as more and more Haruo's related mysteries are unfolding...

Definitely recommended for those who like magic related + love comedy genre Wink
