@etong

It's not for display but for playing with by pressing:

Gold   = Start + Circle
Orange = Start + Triangle

Like Saint Galgomon said, try it in VS mode. Wink

Gold New Bronze 5 only... Cheesy

Um... it said Cygnus Hyoga(Second) so i think it might be you must use the second cloth version of Cygnus Hyoga (the one with so many crack) to use it in Saint legend mode.

hmm i thought i used the second one, but i'll try again.

Hmm i'm playing the story mode the 2nd time. Why does it seem harder this time? All of my attacks including the big bang attacks do very little damage. The opponents are always able to evade and counter =/

Depends on which opponents. The earlier guys you can pretty much play which ever way.

For Rhadamanyths, the first few times, I lost most of the times...

It was only after a while when I did some chain combos that things got easier.

Relying on BBA is not good way to play because of stupid BBA system, if your opponent blocks, not much can happen. And for story mode, it does way less damage than normal in VS Mode...

I don't really care if they block my attacks, but they dodge and counter on pretty much any frontal attacks. I had to spin around and try to hit them from behind. The only thing annoys me with BBA is they can counter with their own even if I break my fingers smashing the buttons. But if I play the defensive side, I can't even get past the initial screen because I have 1/100 of a second to press a button right...and I never do.

Tell me about it. I can never counter the BBA...

If they keep blocking or canceling your stuff. You got to do it to them... That's the only way to win if that's the case...

I just got this game today and I'm not quite sure how to evade attacks.  Do I have to hit guard the moment my opponent attacks, or is there something else I have to do?

When yoiu press the button at the right timing, you cancel the hit of the opponent attack, so you can quickly do a reverse attack. You press continuous or before the attacks comes, it is a simple blocking. Just keep playing and use your intuition to judge what the opponent will do...

(If you're really skilled you can cancel every hit like Street Fighter 3 game.)

Hey you guys! I'm really considering getting this game with English subs, and I ran into it awhile ago on eBay, but by now it's been sold. Now there's only pure Japanese versions.

Anyone have any idea if the UK version is available somewhere? I guess it's just because I live in the states that it's difficult to search for, but any ideas would be cool! Or even if you think downloading might be more reliable...
or if you have a copy you don't want any more! Always willing to buy hahaha.
