Hello all,

I'm thinking of buying this game.  I have a US PS2, which I think plays NTSC format games.  If I buy the UK English PAL version how can I convert the game to play on my US console?

I don't think that's possible especially if you're talking about original copies since you can't change the contents of the disc.
If you really want to use the PAL copy I suppose you'll need a new TV that has a PAL format

From what I understand PAL and NTSC are audio and video formats that are coded onto DVDs, which can be converted with Nero and other such programs but I've never converted a video game before.  A TV will play whatever you tell it to play as long as you have the proper connections.

I've learned that Australia, Europe, and New Zealand share the same region (4) and format so I'll have to buy a PS2 or PS3 here downunda in order to play the game.  I purchased "Saint Seiya The Hades" yesterday via ebay but I'm having a hell of a time trying to find "Saint Seiya The Sanctuary."  Most places won't ship to Australia.

I just remembered I've encountered a site giving instructions and the tools for converting between the 2 formats.

Please note that the 2 softwares shown try to accomplish the same thing... that is, converting from one format to the other.  You don't need to run them both, but sometimes one works better than the other depending on the raw material.
These are only for the iso images though.

I love the game! Still there is so many things to unlock.

I have been wondering if anyone found a way to rip the music out of the DVD?

Well I have the game fo PS2 and althought it isn't a great battle game, it stands on its own. The way the game was made, with a lot vids, gives you a inner depth to your playing. Combos and special attacks are pretty easy to come up and the special ones are a delight for the eyes, because they resemble much of the tv series. It as a great replay value, you have characters, vids and pictures to unlock so in the overall its a good game for a Saint Seiya fan.

Can someone tell me why I can only see and select the first answer (the circle button) to all of the questions in the game? The other three responses are always displayed as "????"  Is this something i have to unlock?

Yes, it's something needed to unlock, to do it beat the game once and other option will appear.

Um... which gold cloth you mean? do you mean something similar to Sagittarius Seiya, Libra Shiryu and Aquarius Hyoga or gold Phoenix cloth? if the first one, sadly there's no Leo Ikki and Virgo Shun in this game, if the later well i kinda forgot it, but AriesMu188 already give you a link to the Walkthrough  .

I beat saint legend mode with ikki, no gold phoenix ikki. I did it again with Hyoga, didn't get gold cygnus hyoga either. I did get Sagittarius Seiya, Libra Shiryu and Aquarius Hyoga after beating it the first time though.

Um... it said Cygnus Hyoga(Second) so i think it might be you must use the second cloth version of Cygnus Hyoga (the one with so many crack) to use it in Saint legend mode.
