Kurumada works in english
« on: December 19, 2012, 05:24:40 AM »
Hello,

I have been working with a group to try to translate every kurumada's manga to english (and spanish and portuguese). So far we have only done almost 2 mangas. Aoi tori no shinwa and Mabudachi Jingi. I would like to share these 2 works with you.

Please, note that english is not my first language so these may have grammar/spelling errors. We tried our best to do something good.

Chapter 1: http://www.mediafire.com/?rgn9cwpzxpx403t

Online version can be found if you search the manga name in google

Mabudachi Jingi

Part 1 (mabudachi Jingi): http://www.mediafire.com/?5wbz4x5mgn1js8q
Part 2 (Shiroobi Taishou : http://www.mediafire.com/?u0ly5ttd93qjsbl
Part 3 (Sukeban Arashi): Soon.

Online version can be found if you search the manga name in google

I hope you like it .

Thanks so much you guys. More of Kurumada's stuff needs to be in English (and Spanish and Portuguese and whatever other languages his fans speak). I look forward to y'all's future releases.

these are the first two chapters of Sukeban Arashi, this manga was the first manga that kurumada did as a profesional mangaka almost 40 years ago. These were published in the Shonen Jump #33 and #35 in 1974, when kurumada was only 20 years old.

I'm not sure about fan translations, but of Kurumada's works, only Saint Seiya and B't X have had official releases (both of which were released completely).

I'd just be happy to get a volume #9 in Japanese to complete my set.

chapters three and four of mabudachi jingi are the first two chapters of sukeban arashi. (They are in the same tankobon). Mabudachi jingi's tankobon has 8 chapters, 2 short mangas and 6 chapters of sukeban.

These chaptes (of sukeban arashi) were not released in the oficials tankobons (these http://imgk-a.dena.ne.jp/exk4/20090128/97/139278753_1.gif)
