Well, to be exact the manga/anime is called "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo". It's really weird and grotesque, but nevertheless pretty funny.

Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is annoying. It's so random! There is no logic to it all!
I'll bet... when Miharu told us that he uses his hair to fight, I thought that was ridiculously lame. |

To be precise, he uses his nose hair to fight. -_- And from what I'm seen of it Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is a collection of random thoughts the author had in his head at the time and just drew them.

It's both! It's a Jump manga, and I have to agree that it is random. But it has it's good moment, when they're doing a parody on another series for example.
But I'm not really sure where you can download it - I used to look through the manga with the rest of the Jump magazine posted on the net and I've only seen a few anime episodes...

I've only seen the manga because they've started publishing it in the American version of Shonen Jump. Seen some of the anime because it's the English dub is on TV, but you can tell jokes don't translate well into English so they've had to change them around.
And either of the Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo versions leave me going WTF? because it make no sense!!!

They probably were, but I prefer my anime/manga series to make sense, which is why Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo annoys me so much.

Well, I generaly like parody series (like Gintama for instance), but not a fan of Bobobo.
