i can't wait for it to come out. Hopefully they will release all the series just like they did with Fist of the North Star Cheesy

030 Yay! Maybe if these do well we can get a hope for re-sparking enough interest to maybe throw out an official US release of the end of the classic. Or at least a legit copy of the OVA's.

I hope this place does good subtitling work. They already have my money. haha

Oh man! Can't they throw in the 5th movie too? Sad


Anyhow hope it's EXACTLY like what we get with the Japan one except for the Region Code (YAY! R1 is what my Notebook is allowed to read by moi! Grin ). And will be cool if they include any Trailers (was there one?) and Extras (I want a Design Gallery.....DREAM ON!).

They didn't buy the rights for all the episodes. If they want to release new stuff they have to get the rights from episode 61 to 114...

I do remember when ADV first lost the license and I asked the reps at a convention panel years ago. Toei had either pulled the license with the intent to distribute it on their own. They were trying to get it back and probably would have brought it back if they hadn't gone out of business.

@Topaz: See, that would be just too easy for the english speaking audiences to get a complete series. lol. I guess we should be thrilled we got Lost Canvas on crunchyroll for it's duration. lol. I'd love to give them money to buy the dvds *shrugs*

They included trailers with the Fist of the North Star movie, so I'm sure they will with this.

Anyway, I'd love it if they got the rights to the TV series, or at least the OVAs.
