I think the scene with Geki and Ichi is supposed to subtle. Geki did a little reaction, does he know already about Saori...? He probably knows about the island but not about the Mars thing...

The only reaction we get when Koga mentions Saori in that fight is a really quick one from Ryuho but I'm guessing he's reacting more to Koga starting to unlock his Element since he's already aware the Pegasus knows Athena's real name. Geki only reacts to the fact that Koga's Element is Light.
The old Bear may or may not know that Saori was on an island and in possession of the Pegasus Cloth, but it's pretty obvious he thinks there's more to Koga than meet the eye.

i would hope that geki at least knows that saroi is actually athena which would beg the question as to if he knows this then does he know the person at sanctuary is not the real athena and its a secret shes not really there or does he not realize that she really was not at sanctuary like he thought. cause it would be really weird for him to ever say that saroi is not the real athena as he knew about it in the original anime and manga.

It could be that Saori herself elected this chick to take her place as Athena to serve as a figurehead while she goes into hiding to deal with the cosmos curse that Mars inflicted on her. In that case, she might have told Sanctuary (and any Saint she deemed trustworthy) to go with the ruse before departing, and Geki is just playing along.

Of course, that depends on how the next couple of episodes play out, but yeah.
