Knights of the Zodiac/Saint Seiya's U.S. Lawsuit Dismissed
« on: March 20, 2012, 03:36:54 AM »
Remember those douchebags that tried to sue Toei for using the name 'Knights of the Zodiac' in America, because they claimed it infringed upon a copyright of his? Well, the courts told him to STFU and go away.

Nice to see that people like that can't get away with suing big companies for stupid reasons.

I laughed at the fact that he was his own lawyer. xD

It's called proceeding 'pro se', which means without a lawyer. A lot of people do it because they can't afford an actual lawyer. I'm surprised that this got dismissed this quickly, because courts usually give a LOT of leeway to pro se litigants, since they aren't trained to be lawyers.

This is freaking hilarious. For Christ's sake, it's already been 7 years since DiC's dub was first aired (and quickly taken off)!

Don't tell me this idiot believed he can win money by beating this dead horse.  @_@

I'm not surprised it got dismissed.

They waited forever and a day to complain over nothing. Potter just wants money. Nothing more, nothing less.

I have never heard of Zodiac Knight 2000. Is it any good?
