Anyone here an afficianado of this genre?

I got a collection of classical music MP3 tracks on my laptop as well as CDs.

sometimes but I don't tend to be a big fan of it but the music I really love is the music made by Brulé ( a Native American group) but I try to give all music a chance and I don't like many of the genres out there

Yeah, I like classical music and have a collection too. I just toss it in with everything else in the playlist all together. I don't think I'd like to listen to it all day long. But that applies to anything.

Do you have any particular favorites?

Dvorak, Romance for Violin in F minor (particularly the Perlman recordings)
Tchaikovsky, Capriccio Italien
Tchaikovsky, Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture
Mendelssohn, Violin Concerto in E minor
Tchaikovsky, Violin Concerto in D major
Anything by Bach
Anything by Vivaldi

I love classics. I love covers on clasiscs as much. Example? Well, let's see, Depapepe covers on many classics, from Ravel to Bach. And truthfully, thanks to them, I fell in love with classics |D

Been into some Bòlero, these days.

I've loved classical ever since I was 6 years old - I watched Disney's Fantasia back then and loved it (thanks to the Greek mythology -themed section, Beethoven has always been my favorite classical composer).

Other classical (and pseudo-classical) composers I love are Mozart, Wagner, Tchaikovsky, Holst, Verdi, Britten, Suppé, and several others I can't remember at the moment. Basically I can listen to any classical music (and I have DOZENS of favorite music pieces). ...Including Franz von Suppé's "Light Cavalry Overture" and Carl Maria von Weber's Huntsmens' Chorus (from Der Freischütz).

Sure.

Chopin is amazing, his piano etudes are great.
Also like Beethoven' s Moonlight Sonata, 9th Symphony and Mozart' s Dies Irae.

Also Tchaikovsky' s Swan Lake.
And Richard Wagner' s Ride of the Valkyries.
