Ring ni Kakero Super Famicom Game
« on: March 05, 2012, 06:30:50 PM »
Anyone here familiar with this?

I attempted to try to search for a copy but unfortunately this game was a "Nintendo Power Service" only downloadable product. In other words to (legally) own you downloaded this game when it was released on the now-extinct Nintendo Power downloads store. Which is a shame because had it been officially released on physical format I would have purchased this game on ebay along with a Japanesee Super Famicom.

Does anyone here happen to know a way in which I could download this game into a Nintendo Power Cartridge in this post-SNES era? Even though it was never officially released in cartridge format, I'd like to own the actual game and a Super Famicom so I could play it in front of my TV instead of resorting to roms. Or does anyone here happen to have  Nintendo Power Cartridge with this game in it ?If so please contact me via this thread or PM because I'm willing to pay $50 for the game (or if you want to raise the price, I'm willing to pay $100+ for a Cartridge with RNK-just hold on to the game if you expect me to pay for this price because I got to save cash)!

I'm also willing to chat about this this franchise's only official game here.

if you want to play it in your tv there's ways to play it without a famicom.

if you have any current video game console you could hack it to play emulators.
I did it with my wii.

The thing with ps3s is that in order to hack it you'll preferably want one with an older version of the software. And once it's hacked you'll be able to play emulators, but many new ps3 games won't run because they'll require you to update the ps3 and that will get rid of your hack. It could also brick it ad there goes 250 dollars.

I'd say buy a cheap wii since they're easier to hack. Ps3s are too expensive to do so lol

But if you still want to hack a ps3 you can just google ps3 hack or exploits. Many sites are dedicated to these type of things.
Or if you have a newer tv you could hook it up to your computer to play.

If you want to play old games, it's better to do the emulator thing on the PC. Just go find the stuff and download.

F-ing up your expensive console or being ban from PSN is not very wise... ;)
