The one thing that bothers me is that there is no mention of Ionia as the Capricorn Saint (other than "Gold Saint" in ep 8's title).

The first time Shiryu learned Ryujishou was when he kick a waterfall until the current go upward, and also during the Black Saints arc Shiryu used it again near water making the technique looked like a water dragon, maybe that's why.

I'm speechless. That's the landmark of the entire Saint Seiya franchise. I don't want them to rush over to the tower. They should have some adventures like searching legendary saints like Ikki, Shun, Hyoga or saints in the past like Marin, Jabu, Nachi, etc or even meet Siren and Poseidon.

Also I hope 2 active gold saints excluded Seiya (becuase everyone said he's missing so he shouldn't be in the active list). That means Kiki still has a chance being Aries.

As for Dali, I was wondering why his hair seemed bizarre in the few scenes he was in. I was like, man that guy looks ugly. With the helmet it looks cool, which makes me wish it would have appeared in the show.

He is the Corona Borealis. He's not too hard to miss in the uniform scenes due to that hair

Episode 7
Koga, Soma, Yuna, Ryuho and Eden passed the first round of the Saint Fight; now only the top 8 Saints remain. Kouga’s next opponent is his friend and rival Souma. Kouga can’t sleep and decides to train. That’s when Geki, Saint of the Orsa Major constellation and teacher of the Palestra, meets up with him. He recounts his past fight against Seiya and Kouga has many questions about it.

Episode 8
Koga learns after his fight against Souma that Athena came to the Palestra. He ignores his next fight and goes to church to see if this is Athena is Saori. But what he finds is a Martian that claims to be protecting Athena standing in his way. This man is Ragno of the Spider.

Episode 9
Mars took control of the Sanctuary through an Athena impostor. Kouga, who discovered this secret, is thrown into prision. In prision he meets the Wolf Saint, Haruto. Kouga and the Ninja Saint team up to escape.

Episode 10
Kouga escaped prision with the help of Haruto and joined up with Yuna’s group; they travel to the Sanctuary to look for Athena. However, they discover that the Gold Saints of the 12 Houses have been mercilessly slaughtered and that a huge building called the Tower of Babel has been erected among the ruins of these temples.

He's the Corona Borealis Saint. If I'm not mistaken, Souma mentions it during the hospital scene.

It makes me start hoping a little that they get crushed by Mars, taught a lesson in punk humility and only come back for more ass-whooping 40 episodes later. This is probably why Power Levels were never fully established in Saint Seiya: so that you can make the Gold Saints look like complete punks  against the villain (poor Aldebaran) next to the main characters while these say "Cosmos is unlimited so, even though we all have it and you're more experienced with it than I am, a Bronze Saint like me can still kick your ass!" and get away with it. Saint Seiya must have problems with decent continuity or reason.

On the other hand, it makes openings in the plot for completely awesome battle turnabouts (when done correctly) so, yes, viva la madness indeed!
