According to Wiki, which of course should be taken with a grain of salt, a fan designed it in a contest. I still like the design, even if it's not Kurumada's. Beauty can be appreciated regardless of the artist.  Though I prefer the design of the classic one as opposed to the LC one (I like the classic scrollwork better; it's more defined), but I also prefer to see the thigh and bicep pieces (with scrollwork) complete with it. I don't know why Camus doesn't wear the bicep pieces. I know that Saints typically are portrayed as being entirely dedicated mind, body, and soul to Athena--meaning they don't have other romantic relationships.
However, I'm getting a pretty heavy inkling of Dègel x Seraphina here in the Gaiden. Is it just me?
I find the diamond reflections/illusion power a little dubious, but I'll go with it. Forward to Krest and Garnet!

However, I'm getting a pretty heavy inkling of Dègel x Seraphina here in the Gaiden. Is it just me?
Well, in this chapter it was more like Garnet x Seraphina, haha. To me DxS sounds weird because when Dégel was a child in Bluegrad, she was already a grown up woman who worked as an ambassador, and looked just like she does in this gaiden. But for a moment I did get the impression that she kind of liked Dégel in this gaiden, so it's kind of creepy because Degel had referred to her as someone who was like a mother figure to Unity after Unity's mother death, which made me think she was to him like a Natasha to Hyoga. Degel speaks in a very formal way when talking to Seraphina, too, like she's on another level. Anyway to be honest, now I feel like both Seraphina and Unity were a bit in love with Dégel, which would make Seraphina a pedophile xD As for Degel, he obviously cares about both of them, but his promise was made to Unity, he was his reason to be a saint and all that. It's all up to each one I guess, but Degel didn't even know Seraphina was dead when he went to Bluegraad, so I guess he didn't have much contact with Unity/Seraphina at all, because he didn't even suspect that anything weird was going on there. In any case, they cannot be a couple because of what you mentioned. And I try not to think of Seraphina liking Degel because it's creeeepy (I guess she can't be blamed though, the child she knew became a handsome teenager. I'm under the impression that this was the first time she saw Degel after he left Bluegrad). |

Hmm....Seraphina isn't aging...Garnet isn't aging.... It's a conspiracy, I tell you. [J/K.] Seraphina is also a Vampire!  We don’t know how old is Seraphina. She could only be 3 years older than Degel, that’s why they she is not so different than in the flashback. Anyway, the way they die together during the Atlantis arc is somehow romantic, so I always thought they shared some kind of romance together before. Now we know  . Since the raws have been updated erratically lately, Archange has to wait for Haldir's raws every time now.
They eagerly hope for them by the way, Haldir (if you read this). They'd love it if you kept on posting them on the French forums each week.

Degel chapter 07 Spoiler 星矢 デジェルが戻らないのでウロチョロするフローライト。たまたま見つけた隠し階段を降りるとそこには宝石に閉じ込められて萎びた人々が。
その中に父の着ていた服を見つけるフローライト。取り乱すフローライトを現れたデジェルが落ち着かせ元気付ける。
ガーネットとクレストの部屋に辿り付くデジェル。まだ戦いに逡巡するデジェルに捕らえたセラフィナを見せ、ダイヤモンドダスト・レイを放つクレスト。
クレストの技を弾き、デジェルは小宇宙を高めオーロラエクスキューションを放つ。 In french by Archange:Fluorite s'inquiète en voyant que Dégel ne revient pas. Elle trouve un escalier caché, et en le descendant découvre des gens atrophiés emmenés là par les Jewels. Elle trouve parmi eux les vêtements que portait son père. Fluorite est sous le choc, mais Dégel arrive et la rassure. Dégel atteint la chambre où se trouvent Krest et Garnet. Dégel hésite encore à combattre. Krest lui montre Seraphina, et attaque avec le Diamond Dust Ray. Dégel repousse l'attaque de Krest, élève son Cosmos et riposte avec l'Aurora Execution. English translation by me for SSF:Fluorite becomes concerned because Degel hasn't returned. She finds a hidden staircase and at the bottom she finds stunt people holding jewels. Amongst them, she finds her father's clothes. Fluorite is in shock but Degel comes back and reassures her. Degel arrives in the room where Grenate and Krest were. Degel still cannot bring himself to fight his master. Krest appears with Seraphine and attacks with a Diamond Dust Ray. Degel stops Krest's attack and immediately retaliates with an Aurora Execution
