The "Resuming the previous chapter." word refers to one page, about last chapter. It's not a whole flashback chapter, Penthesilea.

But yeah, we can consider it as a filler because Hades is resuming his state while Alone was under control.
So my theory that Hades let Alone doing what he wanted  wasn't completely wrong :>

I’ve immediately thought about Libra’s weapons, to reproduce the light; but somebody else imagines a scene like at the wailing wall (or the ending of the fourth movie).
Yeah, I’d like to see the dead gold saints again a last time! 

 

Abot Tokusa, I’m sure Teshi hasn't forget him, but his role ’ll be different from what we’ve figured.
More like a helper, than an opposer, since Alone is dead now.
Maybe he’s gonna sacrified himself  like Canon at the end of Poseidon
