Somebody I know has supposed to have completed the game, finishing all mission (DLC added too) with A rank, any chars levelled up to 99 (Odin Seiya too), and survival mode, in almost 345 hours of game!!!!!   Shocked

(they where 333 before the release of Odin, which adds a lot of new missions in coop)

Don't worry about it. There could be Seiya games way better than this one in the future. As a Seiya fan I give a an A but as a gamer it's just a C. Some of stuff in the game are just too retarded. They still have yet to create a game system that's true to the anime/manga and be fun at the same time... Probably have to wait another 10 years for that to happen... Wink

I'd give it next year or two especially if European sales are good. The hardest part in a game is coming up with an engine. Now that they have that, they can add a bunch of extra characters, use either Poseidon or Hades Saga and they should be set.

http://www.siliconera.com/2012/02/05/youll-lose-your-headgear-over-this-saint-seiya-sanctuary-battle-package/
Both sets have a T-Shirt (but the designs are different), Sagittarius DLC and of course the game.

I was surprised to see that the PAchinko game had the manga ending, but that Senki had the anime ending. Shocked

Why the heck are the releasing the game in Portuguese over here?

http://www.siliconera.com/2012/04/24/saint-seiya-sanctuary-battle-coming-to-north-america-in-portuguese/

Quote
Namco Bandai translated and released an English version of their Saint Seiya game for PlayStation 3 in Europe. Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle has been out for a couple of months without any sign of a North American release. Last year, a rep from Namco Bandai said Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle would only be for PAL territories.

So, I was pretty surprised to see Os Cavaleiros do Zodíaco: Batalha do Santuário pop up on the ESRB – that’s Knights of the Zodiac: Sanctuary Battle in Portuguese.

The ESRB description sounds exactly like Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle, but only with Portuguese voiceovers.

This is an action-adventure game based on characters from the Knights of the Zodiac comic book/TV show franchise. Players assume the role of mystical warriors who punch, kick, and use magical attacks to defeat human-like enemies (e.g., soldiers, demons); extra points are awarded for multiple attack combos. Battles are accompanied by slashing sounds, shockwave effects, and colorful explosions; damage is indicated by depleting health meters. A few cutscenes depict additional acts of violence (e.g., characters impaled by rose stems and arrows). Portuguese translations of the words “damn” and “a*s” (e.g., “Drogo! Nem consigo arranhar!” and “Vim te dar uma surra!”) can be heard in the dialogue.

Doing a little more digging we found a retailer stocking the game in Brazil with a slated May 31 release date. Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle’s Portuguese edition will cost R$179.90 or $95 US bucks.

So after many many hours of gameplay and grinding using Phoenix Spam I have all my Bronzies (Except Jabu) and Goldies (Except Alderbaran) onto a high level 60 plus...
Then last night I got the famous Yellow Light of Death!!!!

So

1) Does anyone have a Euro save game they would like to share?  Please Smiley Even if your level is about 30 something, that would save me from starting totally again.  I'm not being lazy, check my achievement trophy...
2) If you are playing this or other ps3 games, USE THE ONLINE BACKUP TOOL! or make USB backup often! Smiley

Please get in touch with me if you would like to share your save file!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One tiny biyatching, why Bandai, why did you make Misty NPC!!!
