Well, in the previous era, there is the Bronze upgrade to Gold example so a Silver upgrading to Gold is possible. If this Kain is Gemini Cain/Kain, then he might have known Suikyou when he was still Silver... Anyway, according to the encyclopedia: "In Sanctuary's Cemetery, many who are buried there are not just Saints who died in the Holy Wars, but some while executing orders had accidents or simply died. In the battle against the King of the Underworld, we are able to recognize many names of Silver Saints on the gravestones: SERGE, LUDWIG,GILLES, HELGA, JOSE, ALGERNON, TESS, SIROE, EDOMON, GAVIN, JUAN, BARBABA, IVAN, KAIN, ISAC, TONY, CIMA, TIMOTHY, HIMRAR, MIGEL, NOBO, SALOMO, VAN, ZOLA, KIM." http://philipho.tripod.com/SSaint.html

lol god no, Cain has never been spelled with a K.
FF4 would like a word with you, but that's neither here nor there. I think in greek there was no C, anyways - just K to make that sound.

The problem, Tetsu, is that even official source aren’t coherent, like the example of Kanon/Canon I said.
So while it’s quite probable someday the ND twin will be written correctly ”Cain”; I can’t exclude Kurumada had taken inspiration from the biblical figure for that tomb. The names of grave are evocative, I think.

You’re right, my complain was that even official pubblication have mispelling, like Kanon in CosmoSpecial (but correct in Visual Book)
I heard there was another problem with a name on grave in classical manga, Ptolemy-Tramy, isn’t it?

Of course you're right, "Kanon" mispelling is in other collateral merchandise, like Myth Metal Plate, but definetely it couldn't in CS. gosh So Ptolemy is a possibly but fandom association? I didn't know! Thx
