I like how he gave Perseus more hair and made him more Aioros-ish. Now I want to know how to get these posters.

EDIT:
WHere did these scans come from? Shonen Jump? Weekly Shōnen Champion?

@Ramses

The magazines that would feature the posters are Super Jump 4/14 on Sale Issue and Young Jump 4/15 On Sale Issue. (Champion don't have them.)

You can see them also in Train Stations. Smiley

Hey there,

(I decided to post here instead of elsewhere, given that
the director of Clash of the Titans is a big fan of Saint Seiya.)

[EDIT:  Thanks for moving the thread to its appropriate place!  Wink]

As mentioned on the top page of the SSF site, Kurumada Sensei drew 4 posters for
Warner Brothers' Clash of the Titans.  They are now (apparently) posted in subway stations in various parts of Japan.
Check out the pics in Kurumada Sensei's official homepage (http://www5e.biglobe.ne.jp/~saint/kinkyou2010a.html).
Scroll to the bottom-- you'll see photos of not only the posters themselves but how these posters are displayed in subway stations.

Pretty cool!

I asked my siblings (they live and work in Japan) about how to obtain these posters in a legitimate way.
They say that the chances are really slim unless you know someone who works for Warner Brothers Japan (or maybe the train stations).
It may also be possible to buy them through Yahoo Auctions in a couple of weeks, but chances are there will be a feeding frenzy among
Japanese hardcore Kurumada fans so posters are likely to be snapped up very fast.

It certainly would be easier to aim to get movie pamphlets rather than the posters.
My Dad did mention that there are bookstores that specialize in selling movie posters in Kanbouchou, so I can ask the store owner.
The odds that these posters will be stocked are not good though...    Marin

There's also a site called "Japanese Movie Poster Company".  I e-mailed the guy to see if he may be able to get his hands on the posters.  We'll see.
