is this a plot hole or what? the 3 judges were supposed to be the 3 biggest badasses in hades' army. all of a sudden comes youma, who apparently is more legal than any of the judges, if not, more so than the 3 of them combined. plot hole on kurumada-sensei's part, or a mistake from teshirogi-sensei?

Well she could be influenced by Taizen since it says almost all of them are as powerful as the Gold Saints.... Of course I don't believe that... but... : |

Well now you have some work to do since it was some time since the last LC OVA came out. Plus new Specters in ND in the summer! :D

About ten or eight new specters appear in ND. Meaning we have about 60 Specters designed by Kurumada :)
We're over halfway! :D
So i did some more research.

Seeings as the three judges all have subordinates i thought it would be most appropriate if they were split evenly among themselves. That is 35 subordinates each.

Now, Rhadmanthys' had 17 Specters that invaded the Sanctuary. Zelos, Valentine, Sylphid, Gordon and Queen. Now if you count the Specters that jumped down into the underworld in Vol. 22 which are 13. You get 35.
Of these six were revealed more thoroughly later when they attacked Kanon. 3 others can be seen pretty clearly in Hades' castle. Making it four of Rhadamanthys' specters that haven't been fully revealed. :D

Now if this theory is correct that means 12 of these Specters should be Celestial and the rest terrestrial. So we have four celestials meaning some of the Specters that showed themselves in Hades' castle and fought against Kanon are celestial Specters. :D

In overall count of the Specters, if you add the rest 17 Specters we get 52 Specters in the classic manga. Plus the three judges which equals to 55. That's precisely 1 over halfway :D

And now with ND we have about 8 more (that's how many i  can distinguish from the spoilers)
Making the count 63 :D

after a  very long time, I finally got some updates into the list. Now all the celestials have pictures directly taken from the classic anime instead of setteis, more streamlined I think as this is an appearance only file. I added new pictures for the LC ones and Partita is now there too

Nice ones ^^

But i think you should have used the settei's instead, you see a lot better in them ^^

Anyways i checked up on chapter 24 of LC and Fyodor wasn't there being revived :o

O and i got an idea! How about putting the specters in three categories of whom they are under command of? =D
Each judge has 35 specters under his command.

ANd i noticed one of the Specters facing Kanon had gotten a star which wasn't his xD

Anyhow let's use this list of stars instead, i think they make much more sense, then the old ones (i?) gave you :)

Earthly Cheerful Star (地楽星, Chirakusei) Music Specter
Earthly Wide Star (地闊星, Chikatsusei) Rupture Specter
Earthly Swift Star (地速星, Chisokusei) the centipede Specter
Earthly Punishing Star (地刑星, Chikeisei) The speed Specter
Earthly Hidden Star (地蔵星, Chizōsei) This is the Possession star specter, the Hidden star makes more sense seeing that he is practically hidden by his armor xD Oh and the anime picture is not very much alike.
Earthly Insane Star (地狂星, Chikyōsei) This is the frailty star specter with horns
Earthy Enslavering Star (地奴星, Chidosei) The spider as usual

At the Black Valley, who tried to kill Gemini Kanon:

    From left to right
Earthly Menacing Star (地威星, Chi'isei) This is the giant squid Specter
Earthly Fierce Star (地猛星, Chimōsei) This is the Sasquatch Specter
Earthly Spirit Star (地霊星, Chireisei) And this is the third with two joker like things on his helmet

Guarding the Cocytus prison in hell:

    From left to right
    Earthly Shiny Star (地明星, Chimeisei)
    Earthly Advancing Star (地進星, Chishinsei)
    Earthly Retreating Star (地退星, Chitaisei)
    Earthly Chasing Star (地逐星, Chiōsei)

And the final Specters killed by Phoenix Ikki at the Wailing Wall:
I dunno which order they are in
    Earthly Evil Star (地悪星, Chiakusei)
    Earthly Strong Star (地数星, Chisūsei)
    Earthly Simple Star (地平星, Chiheisei)
    Earthly Air Star (地空星, Chikūsei)
    Earthly Reason Star (地理星, Chirisei)

The setteis are in my essential specter book, that thing is over 150 pages long and if I ever find enough space to store it, I will share it with you all ;)

This is only for appearance....the other one is for collection....

For Fyodor, I'm sure it was him. His headpiece could clearly be identified. If you take a look at saintseiyapedia.com you can see it distinct from the others.
I was thinking about the thing with the Specters under command. But with execption for Rada we don't know how the others are divided. For Minos we have around 15 and for Aiacos only around 5 or so...There was a thread once were we discussed this....I have to check, then I can send you the link for it....

Btw. Terrestrials are now also updated. Including a new one at the end. He was seen behind Pandora kneeling with the Skeletors. Now I hope for a clear shot on the new Next Dimension pages to specify the Specters in there ;)

xD awesome book, i'd like to see that

I'm looking at the revival pages now, and i can't see anyone resembling fyodor i'm afraid :o
I looked at saintsieyapedia but didn't see any there

oh and i updated my above post before xD please read

And i also did some research now, and i made a nice discovery. Rhada has all his 24 terrestrial Specters. Which makes the four Castle SPecters you have Celestials =D

Ah okies, i had forgotten about that topic ^^

Anyhow it seems you were technically right about Fyodor bein revived. Because you can see his back in the anime xD

What did you think about changing the star names btw? I can do that if you don't have time for it ^^

Oh and i noticed that your Celestial Specter 28 has an image of Celestial Specter 29

Oh and i forgot to show you this, here you can see the Specters that were covered by the logo from one of the early chapters. And it also shows a new Specter. :D

Also there's one more Specter i can make out in chapter 186 ^^

On the right side of pandora,
And now i noticed that the LC specter under the Terrestrial Reason Star specter, is the Spider specter from the original manga :D
