I think all Lemurians just live really really long. In Chapter 26-ish, Sage didn't have ANY wrinkles, so I'm pretty sure it was just an oversight, or a by product of Hakurei's EPIC waves.

Maybe there is something about those Lemurians. After all, Shion seems to have lives pretty long even without the Misopetha-Menos. And in the Anime at least he also lacked wrinkles. XD

That depends on which image you're talking about. If you talking about the image in Star Hill, that's not Sion but Ares. The little brother of Sion.

What if all Lemurians have a natural Misopetha-Menos and don't age due to that? ...And perhaps Hakurei lost his wrinkles because his younger body took over? XD

Misopetha-Menos don't work like that. Dohko had to stay still to keep the power. If you're theorizing Haklei could do another kind of Miso that's possible.

In Ring in Kakero, the Misopetha Menos was used to preserve the bodies of the 5 main characters from dying, and Orpheus used his music to resurrect the 5 main characters.
