A Brazilian fan forum decided to create a story where Goku and Seiya have to fight each other in order to save their own worlds.
They've made an animated video for it and are now releasing it on the web with subtitles in English and Spanish.

a matchup between two of animes' never-say-die heroes.
there'd be no end to their battles as they both keep coming back like immortals no matter how bad they get hit :p

This is a Complete Mismatch.Seiya would massacre Goku before Goku could even prepare to fight.Complete overkill and mismatch.

The link doesn't work for me, I wanted to see Seiyas ass get kicked. But then again, I personally think Seiya would be the one doing the ass kicking.
