I dont thinkt hat's a "new cloth"  like what the bronze saints have, This is probably shun's cloth stone form

well,technically it is "new cloth" since it is an upgrade from older series 

of course, children get jealous of their parents spending more time with others. Kouga misses Saori's love, but he realizes that he's a saint and his duty is to protect Atehna, not go back to his adopted mommy.

Yeah, it's the Andromeda Clothstone. You can see it in his flashback from ep12...



I'm actually glad that they kept it as a Clothstone instead of reverting it to the original without an explanation like the Hydra Cloth (we never got to see the Hydra Clothstone).
